⚠️Read the entire TOS before going through with commissioning me, in here I detail guidelines as well as what is expected from me as the artist and you as the client ⚠️

Payment terms:
For now, I only accept Paypal and Swish as payment.For standard commissions: You can choose to pay all or half of the payment at the first finished sketch/lineart is approved (not pose sketch), and the other half after the piece is finished.For chibi commissions: You’ll pay full price after the first sketch is approved.Sketches and wips will be watermarked until full payment is received
Refunds and cancellations:
If you paid in full after the sketching stage and need a refund, you will be refunded half if it’s done before the rendering has begun.I will not allow a refund if there is something you don’t like in the final piece that should have been addressed earlier in the drawing process. I can try to make changes at the end.A cancelation is valid if the first sketch have not yet been sent, if the cancelation is made after the first sketch but before the rendering has begun only the sketch has to be payed for.
What am I allowed to do with the artwork?
I, the artist of the artwork, will retain copyright of the artwork and have the power to revoke the right to usage if my TOS is broken.Private usage:✅You are allowed to print the artwork on whatever you’d like (prints, standees, keychains) as long as these are not being sold. (If you do, feel free to send me pictures cuz it’s pretty rad)
✅You are allowed to use the art as private profile pictures and banners without credit, although credit is always appreciated.
❌You are not allowed to claim the artwork is made by you.
❌You are not allowed to feed my artwork into AI or use it for AI training.If you are unsure about something feel free to message me and ask.
Workflow and revisions:
From the moment we’ve discussed the commission, the first sketch will be done within a week. After the first sketch, the artwork will progress over the span of about a month. Meaning that from the first sketch, the artwork will be delivered in a month if it is not overly complex. These are the stages where I send progress pictures and some things to look out for.1. Pose sketch - Does the pose feel like your character, does it look like their body type?
2. Finished sketch - Do all the elements look right, are they the right size and shape, did I miss any details? (patterns and very small details may not have been sketched yet)
3. Lineart/cleaned up sketch - Time to really make sure everything is there and looks right.
4. Flat colours - Did I get the colours right? Does anything need to be lighter, darker or shift hue?
5. Rendering and details - The peice is now finished :]If you have a specific deadline to reach, please communicate it as soon as we start discussing, and if it’s less than a week, a rush fee of 20 % will be added.If, for some reason, I can’t reach a deadline set by me, I will reach out.
